What You Need to Know About DFI Coastal Travel and the Vacation Packages!!

Start.Travel.Business.TodayThere are a lot of people out there talking about Coastal Travel Vacations. Some are good and some are bad. What’s one to believe? Well, I recommend that you do your own research. Like anything else in life, it takes research and investigation to find out what things really are, and the truth is, it could be one thing for somebody and a different one from somebody else depending on their belief system.

In general, Coastal Travel Vacations is an association of entrepreneurs that have the ability to acquire the Coastal Vacations travel package at wholesale prices and sell them at retail prices with a wealthy commission compared to other businesses out there. 1K – 9K

Coastal Travel Vacations

Coastal Travel Vacations

DFI Coastal Travel has been in the travel business for over 28 years. These Coastal Vacations Travel Packages were offered by hotels and other institutions as a back up for people who were offered timeshare and did not buy. They used to retail the Level 1 Coastal Vacations package for $6000 or more. Now, since Coastal has become an association, its members retail the packages at $1295.

The Coastal Vacations Level 1 package includes 5 free cruises, 25 bonus vacations all over the country including Disney World, and a set of over 30 membership cards giving its members discounts in all things travel and entertainment.Banner Travel Collage

The attractiveness of the Coastal Vacations Travel Packages is that it is a lifetime membership, there are no deadlines on the vacations before activation, and one can buy the package for the price of one single cruise to the Caribbean.

The average American family spends $2800 a year on vacations. So, it is beneficial for a family to acquire one of the Coastal Vacations packages and get a lifetime of vacations at an extremely low price, compared to what the average vacation costs.

Prince of Wales Hotel, Waterton National Park, Canada

Prince of Wales Hotel, Waterton National Park, Canada

The Prince of Wales Hotel is located in Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada, overlooking Upper Waterton Lake, near the Canada-United States border. Constructed between 1926 and 1927, the hotel was built by the American Great Northern Railway to lure American tourists north of the border during the prohibition era. The hotel was named after the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII), in a transparent attempt to entice him to stay in the hotel on his 1927 Canadian tour, but the Prince stayed at a nearby ranch instead.

The Prince of Wales Hotel enjoys the distinction of being the sole establishment among Canada’s grand railway hotels to have been built by an American, as opposed to a Canadian, railway company. The hotel was designated a National Historic Site of Canada by the Canadian government in 1995.

Prince_of_Wales_Hotel_Waterton 2The Prince of Wales Hotel was built as an extension to the chain of hotels and chalets built and operated by the Great Northern Railway in Glacier National Park, Montana. Louis Hill, President of the Great Northern Railroad, picked the site for the hotel in 1912. It took until 1926 to get the land leased from the Canadian Government and construction began immediately thereafter.

When Mr. Hill decided to build the hotel, he planned for a building somewhat like the Many Glacier Hotel in Montana. The original plan called for a long three-storied, low roofed building with a central lobby and approximately 300 rooms. As the building progressed, Mr. Hill changed his mind several times so that some parts of the building had to be rebuilt four times. He wanted the building to resemble French or Swiss chalets.  Hill’s final vision stands today, a proud hotel overlooking the township of Waterton; complete with 86 rooms in seven-stories and crowned with a 30-foot bell tower.

All materials and supplies for the construction were shipped via railway to Hill Spring and then transported the last 25 miles by mule team. During construction the building crew faced numerous obstacles including a spring thaw that turned the 25 miles of road into a muddy quagmire and high winds that blew the building off-center twice. The fear of these high winds almost caused the project to be abandoned but construction finally proceeded and the building was completed and officially opened to the public on July 25, 1927.

Occasionally the building will sway slightly when the winds are heavy, but there is no danger because the building was constructed to withstand even the fiercest of gales. The building is anchored to its site by means of large cables installed from its loft, through the structure and into the ground itself.

The hotel is named after the Prince of Wales, the popular Prince Edward, who was later to become King Edward VIII. He was admired and adored worldwide, even after his abdication of the British Throne in 1936 when he chose to marry a commoner from America. The hotel was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1992 with Plaque status granted in 1995 and was highlighted in the 2008 National Geographic™ Crown of the Continent Geotourism Map Guide.

The Prince of Wales Hotel is a smoke free, 7-story facility with designated outdoor smoking areas. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m. All rooms are accessed via stairs and are sold based on view or room size. An antique elevator is available for floors 2 through 4 and requires assistance to operate. There are no ADA-accessible rooms available at Prince of Wales Hotel. The self parking lot is located a short walk from the hotel.

Coastal Travel Vacations is NOT A Scam!!

Banner Travel CollageIt is understandable that one might think that when first looking at the website because it only requires a small investment compared to the sizable potential profits, which can turn into a large return rather quickly. It is easy to think of a simple business like this as a scam because we are so often told, “If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.” So when you see a business website and think to yourself, “Is Coastal Vacations a scam,” the answer is no. They are a legitimate home-based travel business who will not take your money and run.

When you do a Google search on Coastal Travel Vacations, you will read about those who have had doubts because they have never tried the business. However, you will find a lot of stories from those who have used their lifetime wholesale travel memberships and have gotten wonderful vacation deals through them. Most of all, you will see stories by those who have actually trusted their instincts and taken the step toward reaching their financial goals.

HBB.Family.PetsDon’t be fooled by the words “coastal vacation scams” when searching to see what others have to say about this well established business opportunity and travel membership. These claims are not against the actual “Coastal Travel Vacations” business. These may be referring to actual vacations on the coast or those who claim to offer “vacations at the coast.” Such things could be a scam. What you have to look for is the actual “Coastal Business” association in order to know for sure that you are getting the real deal.

This travel association has a wonderful track record of helping people reach their financial goals. Those who have joined the Coastal Business team have said their life has changed significantly and that they have been able to embark on opportunities they otherwise would not have been able to have had they not taken this rare work-at-home opportunity. We’re talking vacations when they want, having the perfect car, and the perfect home. Yes, there are many scams out there on the web, but Coastal Travel Vacations is not one of them. Having been around for over 14 years – they are quite well established as a legitimate business opportunity.

If you are still in doubt, don’t be because information on this business and travel membership is readily available. It is just a matter of knowing which vacation service is being talked and written about. Are they speaking of the actual Coastal Association – or just talking of a vacation scam, which has no relevance to this business. People have made a living from the Coastal business and are reaping the great benefits of it every single day. There is no reason why you shouldn’t be doing the same. There are legitimate work-at-home opportunities out there and it is time that you find one that is actually going to deliver what it promises. So when someone says to you “Coastal Vacations is a scam.” You’ll know it’s not the business they are talking about.

Start.Travel.Business.TodayIf you do want to start this legitimate home based travel business – then look for a good team and a qualified director to join with. Make sure you’ll get personal mentoring and training so you won’t wind up frustrated. You’ll want to get a strong start and work closely with your Director for achieving your goals as soon as possible. A bit of hesitation and even fear is understandable when starting anything new, but remember: if you change nothing…nothing will change. So open your mind to the possibilities that if you just do what it takes – you most certainly can be very successful. Getting out of your comfort zone is what takes you to new level in life. Your dreams are achievable if you just commit to go after them and Coastal Travel Vacations is a good and valid way to do just that.

Carnival Cruise With Teens

Article By:  Claudia Laroye

Our teenage son lobbied to choose our family’s vacation for this year’s spring break. He had two proposals: go on a cruise or visit the Caribbean. Since my husband and I loved our Alaskan cruise and we had always wanted to visit the Caribbean, our teen didn’t have to do too much convincing. Much to our son’s delight, we booked an Eastern Caribbean cruise with Carnival Cruise Lines for our family holiday. Here’s what to expect when you embark on a Carnival Cruise with teens.

Carnival Cruise with Teens

Fun ships, indeed!

Carnival Cruise has a reputation for fun and free-spirited adventures. Our ship departed Miami packed with families, college students and young people. It was a ‘carnival-like’ atmosphere, celebrating the Caribbean sun and spring break. It’s a popular cruise line with families, young adults, and the young at heart. They have FunPoints to collect, FunShops on board, and offer a Great Vacation Guarantee. Carnival is that sure you’ll have fun and enjoy your cruise holiday, and they really want you to come back again.

Carnival's Teen Hangout: Club O2 (Photo Credit: Carnival Cruise Lines)

At Sea teen clubs

Our teenager was able to cut loose, relax, and socialize with the many other teens on board. As with other age groups, Carnival offers an activity club for teenagers – Club O2 – on all of their ships. For the 15-17 year old set, Club O2 is a teen-only hang out space; no adults allowed. It’s a great place for kids to break the ice and meet each other, without any parental pressure or interference. Parents have to sign a consent form to allow their teens to come and go as they please, but once they’re in the Club, you may not see them for several hours, or until the next morning.

There is a daily itinerary for Club O2, ranging from Karaoke and dance and trivia-themed parties to island excursions. Kids can join in as they wish; the structure is loose and just hanging out is encouraged. The Club was a hit with our teen, who met some great new friends with whom he spent time exploring the ship when they weren’t doing specific activities.

For the younger teen set (ages 12-14), there is the Circle C club. The C stands for ‘chill’ or ‘cool’ and the club includes activities such as dance and pizza parties, games, outdoor movies, and scavenger hunts. The Circle C is supervised by fun-loving counselors who want to ensure that the kids have an awesome time.

Teen-pleasing dining options abound aboard a Carnival ship

Teen-pleasing dining options

Teens will find plenty of totes tasty dining choices on board a Carnival ship. Our ship, the Carnival Liberty, boasted Guy’s Burger Joint (fabulous fries), the Blue Iguana Cantina (delish fish tacos), a 24-hour pizzeria (with surprisingly tasty pies), self-serve ice cream, a late-night deli, Cherry on Top candy store, daily buffets at breakfast and lunch, and several dining rooms for more formal or anytime dining. Our casually formal dinner time offered the chance to connect with our teen over a family meal together before he headed out for a night of fun and adventure.

Other Carnival fun for teens

Many Carnival ships have a wide variety of teen-friendly activities to pump up the fun. Our ship offered a water slide, while other ships have a more extensive Carnival Waterworks, such as the Speedway Splash on the Carnival Sunshine.

There Seaside Theatre is where to go to watch cartoons, classic TV shows plus comedies and action movies—complete with free popcorn and blankets. Or watch movies from the pool or one of two hot tubs in the middle of the ship!

The Punchliner Comedy Club offers a rotating roster of comics that perform several shows nightly, including at least one ‘family-friendly’ show in the early evening that teens would definitely enjoy. The big stage shows by on-board entertainers and special performers may also be a teen draw. Ours wasn’t keen on the musicals as much as he was spellbound by the hypnotist, who showed off his skills at getting people to do anything and everything.

Caribbean Carnival cruise with teens

Why cruise with teens

Traveling with teens presents challenges that are very different from when you traveled with little ones to grandma’s house. They like to eat a lot more (cha-ching), sleep in, share strong opinions, and can be…shall we say…surly and not the most talkative traveling companions. All-included food aboard a cruise ship presents a definite budget bonus to parents of teens. If you and your spouse and younger children want to sit by the pool or hit the breakfast buffet, you can sneak out of the stateroom without having to wake a cranky teen. The ability to split up and pursue varying activities and come together over a family meal in the evenings may prove a good way to keep the eye-rolling to a minimum too.

Teens are able to explore a contained environment while cruising. Our teen really enjoyed that sense of freedom, even to just eat pizza at midnight while trading jokes with friends (and keeping an eye out for young ladies too, I’m sure).

Traveling with happy teenagers is much preferred to the alternative; it’s worth the time and effort to work with them and plan out a holiday that will meet their needs, as much as your own. Who knows? Away from the pressures of school and work, a relaxed cruise vacation just might draw you and your teen closer together!

Have you ever taken a cruise with teens? What did they enjoy the most? Share your comments below!

3 Steps to Forgiveness

3 steps to forgivenessKenneth Copeland

Spiritually speaking, unforgiveness is downright dangerous. It will make your spirit feeble and your prayers ineffective. It will pull the plug on your faith so completely that you won’t have enough power to move the mole hills in your life – much less the mountains.

Read Mark 11:22-25 and you’ll see why I say that. There you’ll find one of Jesus’ most powerful teachings on faith. He concludes that teaching with these words, “And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught against any….”

Notice He didn’t say, “When ye stand praying, try to forgive” or “When ye stand praying, forgive if you can.” He simply said, “Forgive.” Period.

Jesus made forgiveness a command. It would be unjust for Him to command us to do something we couldn’t do. So you can be sure it’s within your power to obey His command and forgive – no matter how badly you’ve been wronged.

Why then has it been so difficult for you to do so? Probably because you have fears that are holding you back. Most people don’t realize it, but unforgiveness is actually a form of fear. Quite often we don’t forgive because we’re afraid of getting hurt again. We’re afraid we’re never going to recover from the damage that person has done to our lives.

Step 1: Wash yourself in the Word. If you want to freely forgive, get rid of those fears. Cleanse yourself from them by the “washing of the water by the word” (Ephesians 5:26). Fill your mind and heart with promises of God that apply to your situation.

If your business has been threatened by this person, for example, meditate on the fact that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and rely on the fact that your God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Let the knowledge of the merciful, protective love of God cast out all your fears (see I John 4:18).

Step 2: Forgive by faith – not by feelings. Do it the same way you would receive healing or anything else by faith. First, make a quality decision. Determine that you’re going to do what God’s Word instructs – no matter what. You’re going to forgive.

Then, speak and act in accordance with that decision. Refuse to say anything negative about that person. Refuse to rehearse in your mind or with your mouth the hurt they have caused you. Instead, look for opportunities to bless that person both in word and in deed.

Step 3: Don’t be moved by what you feel. Forgiveness is an act of the will, not feelings. When lying symptoms of unforgiveness well up inside you, come against them in faith. Say, “Praise God, I have forgiven that person by an act of my will. In the Name of Jesus, I’m not moved by these feelings. They’ll just have to get in line. They’ll have to submit to the faith and the love of God that’s been shed abroad in my heart.”

If you’ll continue to do that, I can assure you from my own experience, your feelings will change. It may not happen overnight…but it will happen. One of these days, almost without thinking, you’ll throw your arms around that person, give them a big hug, and say, “I love you.” What’s more, you’ll mean it from the bottom of your heart.
