3 Things You Must Have to Make Money From Home!

lifestyle-business-laptop

I told you I’d share a successful home business must have in my last post.  I’m a man of my word and I want you to know exactly what you need to be looking for if you want ever want to make a lucrative income.  The first one goes without saying you need an amazing product, but not just any product.  You need a product people want.  Second, you must have a solid system on getting clients, showing clients the details and bringing clients to a decision and finally you need Dani Johnson’s training and a solid way to implement it.  I’ll share more on that in a moment!

First, let’s talk about the product you need a product that people want to buy, not just what they need.  Ask any life insurance sales man, everyone is going to die and everyone needs life insurance.  Not everyone “wants” to buy life insurance!  For me I chose the travel industry, why?  Ask 1,000 people what they would do if they won the lottery and 990 of them will probably say travel the world, go on an amazing vacation and give their family and friends memories.  Most people go into debt just to take a vacation every single year.  So when you find a product people want now make sure it’s got a solid track record.  Ideally something that’s been around for 20+ years, then you have real stability

Second, you should never have to create websites, video’s or other presentations.  Look to work with an organization that has already done that.  The company or group you work with should already have in place not only websites, contact management systems, toll-free numbers, pre-written emails and tons of results of people using those websites and tools successfully and succeeding. Do you have access to the same thing other successful people before you have used?  Bottom line is there a very simple way to have constant fresh clients interested in what you have and coming to you?

Third, there has to be solid training in place.  As long as you have a product that is lucrative, you just need someone to walk you step by step how to successfully market it and deal with your new clients. No one teaches this better than Dani Johnson, she has scripts that you can use with your websites that show you how to start the conversation and turn da-luxury-lifestylea prospect into a client from A to Z.  I often times tell people I just want to learn to master everything Dani teaches and become really good a showing others how to apply it to our products and business model.  The key you have to ask your self do you have someone who you can regularly connect with?  Someone who’s already making 6 figures and has for years.  Do you have their phone number, email and do they answer or respond when you reach out them. Do they always have an answer to train you with.

If you got started with a product and/or company but you don’t have that training Dani Johnson should absolutely become your base line!  Use her training, buy her script books right away, I made 104,000 dollars my first year using her training.  Previously I had never worked from home before and that was over 10 years ago.  104,000 dollars is the least I’ve ever made, period.  Use her training, it has helped 1,000’s generate 10,000’s of 1,000’s working from home.

So if you want to make a lucrative income working from home and you’ve found a product that pays well to market and it’s a product people WANT not just need.  If you’ve found a system that works and others are making 6 figures and if you have someone training you showing step by step how to apply exactly what Dani Johnson teaches you are well on your way to a 6 Figure income!

How To Become a Superstar in Direct Sales!

homepagegraphicmontageconDirect sales, in particular it’s sub-type, network marketing, is often viewed negatively. A bad experience with an overzealous or outright dishonest rep, as well as myths and misunderstandings about direct sales keep many people away from this home business option.

However, direct sales is a viable way to start a home based business if you go in with the right attitude, knowledge, and willingness to work.

Here are tips for achieving success in direct sales and MLM.

1) Understand that it’s a business like any other business.

Direct sales marketers have the tendency to water down the plan so that it’s easy to understand, but that can also give the impression that it’s easy to do. “Help five people get eight people, and you’ll get a free car.” What they don’t tell you is that you’ll need to talk to at least 50 people to get the five people, and help them talk to at least 80 people each to get their eight.

Success in direct sales comes from the same things that make any other business a success; know your market, find them, deliver a message that appeals to them, and service them well.

2) Use your company’s products and services.

The best direct sales rep use and love their products. They talk about them with enthusiasm, which is what helps sell them. Using your products and services also gives you personal experiences and information so you can discuss them honestly and accurately with potential customers.

 3) Read and understand your company’s marketing and compensation plan, and policies.

Some companies forbid you to use their name in your marketing. Others don’t allow you to set up your own consultant website. The point is, buying into a business means there may be rules and restrictions you need to abide by.

Further, to maximize your income, you need to know the best way to make money. Which products are the most popular and earn you the most income? How can you earn bonuses? What are the overrides by helping others start a business?

4) Determine the best market for your products, services, and business plan.

Most direct sales companies start new reps by having them make a list of 100 people. While you might find your new customers and business partners in this list, this method isn’t the most efficient way to get started. In all other business models, you want to find the best buyers of your products and focus on them. Identifying your target market means you don’t waste time trying to pitch people who don’t want what you’re selling.

Further, in direct sales, there is a tendency to focus on targeting people who want to make money, and that’s not bad, but you’re better off focusing on people who want to make money AND would like your products and services. People aren’t going to be successful selling something they can’t get behind.

Further, retail sales is a part of how money is made, but you can’t sell products to people who don’t want or need them. So figure out who wants and needs what you’re selling.

sheratonkona-pool

5) Figure out where you can find your target market.

General advertising and promotion doesn’t work as well as sending your message directly to your market. What websites do they surf, what magazines do they read, what organizations do they belong to, etc.? That’s where you want to focus your marketing efforts.

6) Determine how your market can benefit from your products, services, and business plan.

Will your customers gain energy, become smarter, cook better, feel confident? Reframe all the great things about your product and business into benefits. If your products are non-toxic, what does that mean? Fewer asthma spells? Less allergies? Poor marketing strategies are one of the top reasons home businesses fail, so develop a marketing plan that highlights your company’s benefits to your target market.

7) Differentiate yourself from the thousands of other people who are working with the same company.

Why should people buy from you rather than that other rep who lives next door? Some ways to set yourself apart are to offer a higher level of service, give discounts or freebies, set up a loyalty program, etc. The key is to find a way to stand out from all the others selling the same thing you are.

8)  Develop your own website and marketing tools, if allowed by your company.

This is another way you can differentiate yourself and customize what you offer. For example, on your own website you can offer an email newsletter with tips and helpful hints. Print business cards with an offer, such as a free consultation or a discount.

9) Network to find your market.

As already mentioned, most direct sales companies recommend making a list of 100 people, which can be a good place to start, except if none of those 100 people need your product or business. Instead, use your network to help you find people in your target market.

10) Make appointments.

Direct sales work because it’s a people to people business. Whether you’re showing a product or introducing the business plan, you have to do it in front of people. The direct sales reps who make the most presentations are usually the ones who win.

11) Develop a system for staying in touch with prospects, clients, and new business builders.

The fortune is in the follow-up! Too often, direct sales consultants give up after the first ‘no.’ But that ‘no’ may actually mean ‘it’s not a good time.’ Newsletters are a great way to keep your name in front of people, so if the time becomes right, they can contact you. Good customer service and continued contact goes a long way to getting repeat and referral business (for all types of businesses, not just direct sales). Well you don’t want to annoy people, you do want to create a system for staying in touch until they tell to stop.

Finally, if you’ve helped someone start their business, it’s your job to train, mentor and support them. Your success depends partly on their success.

12) Make a commitment to not quit.

Despite what the nay-sayers will tell you, the failure rate in network marketing and direct sales isn’t any more than any other home business opportunity. Just as many people give up selling on eBay, freelancing their skills, blogging and more. What differentiates success from failure in any home business is commitment to never quit. That means learning to overcome rejection, avoiding mistakes, and staying the course towards success.

Coastal Travel Vacations Basic Overview

kauai-banner

Coastal Vacations is an association of business owners that market travel packages at wholesale prices and sell them for retail or a business opportunity. There are three different Coastal Vacations travel packages ranging anywhere from $1295 to $11,000. Of course, the higher the price, the more the travel benefits.

The Coastal Vacations packages generally promise an up to 75% on its vacations and cruises compared to regular retail prices if bought directly from a travel agency or the hotel or cruise line.

Coastal Vacations includes in its travel packages over 22 membership cards with discounts in hotels, cruises, golfing, RVing, camping, dining, condo stays, gas, groceries, car rental, and more. Pretty much all things travel and entertainment are covered in the Coastal Vacations package.

Hotels like the Wyndham and cruise lines like Carnival and Royal Caribbean as well as Celebrity Cruises have partnered with vendors included in the Coastal Vacations packages to offer the Coastal Vacations travel members free hotel stays and cruises where only taxes and fees are required by the traveler.

The Coastal Vacations travel packages includes many vacations, and all of them are transferable, so they can be given as gifts, at fundraisers, as business incentives, and to anyone you want, but they cannot be sold individually.

The Coastal Vacations members are never required to attend a timeshare presentation or any other travel plan out there. Coastal Vacations has managed to put together a pretty thorough quality package for a very affordable price.

The Coastal Vacation, despite what is being said out there, in my opinion are not pricey at all. This is because the average American family of 4 spends at least $2800 every single year on vacation. That means that in a 10-year period, the average American family spends $28000 on vacation, and the highest priced Coastal Vacations package costs only $11,000 and includes a lifetime of unlimited all-inclusive hotel stays and cruises, and that means it is for life.

So, in my general opinion, Coastal Vacations offers both the travel and the smart business entrepreneur great opportunities to both make money and really travel for pennies on the dollar.

Now that’s a very nice, basic Overview!

St. Martin – St. Maarten

The island of St. Martin/St. Maarten is split between French Guadeloupe and the Dutch Netherlands Antilles, located in the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean Sea. The island is one of the smallest land masses in the world divided between two countries. The northern, French side of the island is known as Saint-Martin, and measures 21 square miles. The southern, Dutch side of the island is known as Saint Maarten, and measures 16 square miles. To avoid confusion between the variations on the name, the two regions are commonly referred to as “the French side” and “the Dutch side.” Although the island is controlled by two different countries, there’s no real border, only delineating monuments and signs. Over 350 years ago the two countries agreed to allow residents of either country to travel across the border without difficulties.
Philipsburg is the capital of the Dutch side, and includes the cruise ship dock. In 2009, more than 1.3 million people visited the island via popular cruise lines, and construction of a second nearby wharf to accommodate a new generation of even larger cruise ships continues. The dredging has generated huge piles of sand on shore being used to rebuild Philipsburg’s main beach, previously eroded by storms. Marigot is the capital of the French side. Grand Case, also on the French side, features several excellent restaurants.Attractions worth visiting include the Butterfly Farm, which features hundreds of colorful butterflies under a tented mesh; the farm is a great attraction for families. At 1,400 feet, Pic du Paradis is the island’s highest point and features two viewing areas. Otherwise, beaches are the main attraction. The island has 37 beaches, most attached to hotels, and all are fine for swimming and sun bathing. Beachside bars and cafes are very popular attractions on the island, and offer exquisite European and Caribbean cuisine. Image result for st maartenThe character of the beaches varies widely, with family oriented beaches and, as befits an island with strong European influences, topless sun bathing. Nude sun bathing is also accepted but for the most part is limited to a section of Orient Beach on the French side and Cupecoy Beach on the Dutch side. Orient Bay also features an underwater marine reserve where snorkeling and other water sports are available.Perhaps the most famous beach here is Maho Bay, situated at the end of the airport’s runway, meaning large aircraft fly just feet over sunbathers’ heads. Some people actually engage in the practice of attempting to hold onto the airport fence as aircraft depart, although there have been injuries and deaths doing this. In any event, the view of the airplanes landing so close to the beach is a must-see. Just beyond Maho Bay is Mullet Bay, considered by some the nicest beach on the island, which offers food and drink vendors and beach lounger rentals, although few facilities. A full complement of tours and excursions are available, as well as water sports and parasailing.

Casinos are also a popular attraction on the island, with St. Maarten offering several casinos, including Atlantis World in the Cupecoy area, Casino Royale located in the Maho area, and Paradise Plaza and Tropicana located in the Cole Bay area. Phillipsburg has at least five casinos.

I’m a HUGE Fan of Plane.. Love to watch them take off and land so if you’re anything

35-Day Hawaii, Tahiti and South Pacific Sun Princess

Image result for hawaii

http://c.brightcove.com/services/viewer/federated_f9?isVid=1&isUI=1

It sounds almost cliché at times to call Hawaii a paradise. The orange sherbet sunrises, verdant rainforests, golden and black sand beaches and smoking volcanoes will have visitors rethinking their definition of the word. There is nothing cliché about these islands. Hawaii captures not only the vast natural beauty of the state, but also the indelible warmth and spirit of the people who call it home.

With 19 distinct volcanic islands, Hawaii is an archipelago located over a geological hotspot in the Central Pacific. Six of these islands are open toImage result for Rainbow Falls and Kaumana Caves visitors and have a tourism-driven economy. The Big Island of Hawaii is the largest of the islands and is home to the most active volcano in the world, located in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Hilo is the largest city on the Big Island and home to natural wonders including Rainbow Falls and Kaumana Caves.

The most populous and developed island, Oahu is home to the state’s capital, Honolulu. It is the governmental and commercial hub of the island chain, and arguably one of the best-known destinations in Hawaii. Waikiki Beach has become a mainstay for tourism with its hotels, high-rises, surfers and sun-worshipers who gather here year-round. Just to the west of Honolulu is Pearl Harbor. Visit the national memorial and museum for an insightful and solemn look back into the start of the United States’ involvement in World War II.

Image result for Lahaina, Kaanapali and KapaluaMaui, the second-largest of the islands, has several resort areas on the western side including Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua. In addition to luxury resorts, championship golf courses and endless shopping opportunities, stunning views can be seen from the summit of Haleakala National Park or by taking a helicopter ride over the volcanoes, jungles and beaches of the island. Known as the “Garden Isle,” Kauai is covered with lush tropical plants and is home to several natural wonders such as the Na Pali Coast, Wailua River and Waimea Canyon. As a top diving destination, Kauai has beautiful, unspoiled coral reefs and a variety of fish not found anywhere else in the world. Molokai and Lanai are the least-developed islands of Hawaii and are perfect for a relaxing and secluded beach getaway.

A multiethnic blend of American, Asian and Polynesian influences, Hawaiian cuisine has been making a resurgence with fine and casual dining throughout the state. Replacing pizza and burgers as the late-night comfort food of choice, ethnic noodle stands and houses are popping up in greater numbers. Check out Hamura’s Saimin Stand (think homemade ramen noodle soup) in Kauai or Jimbo’s Restaurant in Oahu. Another staple in local Hawaiian cuisine are plate lunches. These usually consist of a single plate with scoops of rice and a protein, such as kalua pork, beef teriyaki or chicken katsu. For a romantic atmosphere with an incredible view, try the CanoeHouse on the Big Island. The local seafood offerings like Hawaiian snapper and gobo shrimp reflect the restaurants’ Pacific Rim origins. One of the best upscale restaurants in Maui, David Paul’s Lahaina Grill serves signature dishes like seared Ahi tuna with jasmine rice or kalua duck.

All international flights and the majority of those coming from the mainland U.S. arrive at Honolulu International Airport (HNL) on the island of Oahu. Direct service from the mainland is also available for smaller airports in Kahului on Maui, Kona on the Big Island and Lihue on Kauai. From each of these airports, travelers can connect to an inter-island flight using Hawaiian Airlines, MarJet Hawaii, Mokulele Airlines, Island Air, Pacific Wings and the discount carrier, Go! While on Oahu, the cheapest way to get around is the public transportation system called TheBus. There are taxis on all the islands, but for longer stays it’s more efficient to rent a car. Be sure to book your rental car as soon as possible, as prices are based on supply and demand.

Image result for weather in Hawaii

Boasting 11 different climate zones, the weather in Hawaii can vary greatly due to elevation and terrain. The overall climate of Hawaii is subtropical due to the close proximity to the ocean, which moderates temperatures with gentle leeward breezes. There are only two seasons in Hawaii – summer (May to October) with average highs around 85°F, and winter (November to April) with temperatures that rarely fall below 65°F. Areas on the northern and eastern flanks of the islands will receive the most rainfall due to trade winds bringing in precipitation. The winter months tend to bring the most rain, yet there is no best or worst time to visit. The high season runs from mid-December to mid-April, when flights and hotel prices are the most expensive. The crowds tend to thin out from mid-April to May, as well as mid-September to November; this is the best time to find great deals.

Nassau Bahamas

nassau-and-vicinity-601784-smalltabletretina

Quietly nestled on the New Providence Island in the Bahamas, Nassau charms its guests with the most spectacular sights.  This Bahamian beauty is a tantalizing treat for travelers looking for fun in the sun mixed with some culture.   From the cool ocean breeze beckoning you to go for a swim among the tropical fish, or touring the city’s iconic landmarks, Nassau is home to a wide variety of adventures.  Its friendly Nassuvians are excitingly waiting for your arrival, and they are willing to share the warmth that pours throughout Nassau’s landscape.  Get ready to embark on a magical journey by visiting an ideal destination to experience a little heaven on earth.

In the 1600s, Nassau was a magnet for many pirate attacks.  However, during the American Civil War the city was an important exporter of war supplies to the United States.  As the capital of The Islands of The Bahamas, the city is home to most of the island’s population; and it also preserves many of the Bahamas’ treasures.  Take a walk down memory lane and visit the Pirates of Nassau wax museum to capture a glimpse of the lives of pirates in the city.  Get up close to the city’s exotic wildlife of flamingoes and reptiles at the Ardastra Gardens.  An architectural masterpiece, Christ Church Cathedral is filled with many sacred artifacts.  Do not miss the chance to see the mystical caves or enjoy 360 degree views of Nassau atop the historic 126ft tall Water Tower.  If you desire aquatic thrills, the majestic beaches are never far behind.  Try your luck at fly-fishing or sail the ocean and watch the magnificent orange sunsets.

Nassau is a shopper’s paradise.  Local boutiques and markets are filled to the brim with authentic “made in Bahamas” souvenirs.  Take home a bit of the Bahamian culture with skillful handicrafts like straw hats and jewelry or enjoy duty-free shopping at the stores labeled DFS (duty-free logo).  Festival Place draws many shoppers with its colorful displays of genuine collectibles while offering a taste of some of the Bahamas’ treats.  Straw Market also reflects the heritage of Nassau’s early inhabitants with genuine crafts created by its locals.  By night the city transforms into a vibrant hotspot for party-goers ready to put on their dancing shoes’ or for tourists hopeful to become instant millionaires at the casinos.  For a calmer evening, spas are available to enjoy a quiet time of peace and relaxation.

The gastronomy of Nassau is a cultural adventure.   Be prepared to satisfy your palate with traditional Bahamian delicacies dripping with flavor.  From stalls to gourmet dining, there is a delight for every taste bud.  Stop by Arawak Cray and indulge in the delicacies of a “Fish Fry” with traditional foods like conch salad and seafood.  Restaurants like Bahamian Cooking and Bahama Grill Café specialize in Caribbean cuisine; however, if you are craving something different, there is a plethora of multicultural restaurants available.

Nassau experiences a tropical savanna climate during the period of a year.  The temperature averages from a daily high in the low 90s to a low in the high 70s in the warm season (June to October).   In cold season (December to March) the weather fluctuates between the high 70s and low in the mid-60s.

There are a variety ways to tour Nassau.  From buses to car rentals there is something for every type of traveler.  From 6:30a.m. to 7:00pm Jitneys(buses) will take you to various locations throughout the city and to Nassau’s neighboring destinations.  For $3.00 one way, you can visit Paradise Island via ferry.  Taxis are available by phone or you can flag them down from the street.   To travel at your own pace, you can rent a car as long as you have a valid driver’s license and you are at least 21 years old (remember to drive on the left side of the road).  Nassau can also be explored by walking along its vibrant trails.
